What we store, and why

Who is responsible

Bjarke Porsmose, Svendborg, Denmark, is the data controller. You can reach him through the contact form.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the country and language you chose, the date, and which page or link you came from. We use it only to email you when the trainer you signed up for is ready. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

We delete the waitlist when the product opens and we have emailed you, and at the latest 12 months after you signed up.

Contact form

If you write to us, we store your message and, if you give it, your email address, so we can answer. We delete it when the matter is closed, and at the latest after 12 months.

Statistics, without cookies

We count page views, started and finished practice rounds and button clicks, together with the language you chose and the link you came from. We do not use cookies, we store nothing on your device, and we do not store your IP address. The counts cannot be linked to you.

Where the data is stored

On Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), in a database restricted to the European Union. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent. Write through the contact form with the email address you signed up with. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
